How to calculate CGPA for IP University?
The IPU CGPA calculation uses the credit-weighted grade points of all courses.
- Convert the marks of every subject into its corresponding grade point.
- Multiply each subject's grade point by its credits and add the products.
- Divide the total by the total number of credits and round the answer to 2 decimal places.
IPU Grading System
Marks out of 100 are converted into letter grades and grade points.

P (4 grade points) is the passing grade unless the applicable programme syllabus specifies otherwise.
